Warranty Claims It is very important that you inspect all of your boxes for
damage upon delivery. Have the driver open any box that looks damaged, so you can
inspect the product. You should refuse any badly damaged box and make a note of the
box number and the tracking number. If you are not at home when your blinds are
delivered and you discover the blinds are damaged, call our customer service number
(888-239-8009) as soon as possible. You have 7 days from the delivery date to turn
in a damage report with the manufacturer. The blind must be kept in the original box
and we will need the tracking number from the box. aBetterAbode will contact the
manufacture for a return authorization for the product. The manufacturer
will repair or replace the product at their expense. Call our office before you dispose of
the blind.

Sheer Enchantment™
Machine wash fabric on gentle cycle with mild detergent and warm
water. Hang after spin cycle while still damp.
Never dry in the dryer!
Wrinkles can be removed by either following the washing
instructions above, or using a hand held steamer on the material. You may also
iron the material on the delicate setting.
Note - Do not steam the fabric with the vanes directly behind the
material as it will warp the vanes. Insert a folded towel between the material &
the vane while steaming.
Roman Shades
Remove the shade from its window; open it and lay out on a clean, flat
surface.
If dusty, vacuum with an upholstery attachment.
To clean fingerprints or soiled spots, use an aerosol spray foam upholstery
or fabric cleaner such as Woolite® or ScotchGard® upholstery cleaners.
Spray the foam cleaner over the soiled area. Then scrub
the area with a clean damp sponge (back and forth gently) until the stains are
removed. Be careful not to crush or wrinkle the fabric.
Remove excess water by patting the fabric with a clean, dry towel. Hang
the shade up when completely dry.
Do not use strong detergents or spot removers. Dry cleaning is not
recommended due to the differences in ultrasonic cleaning operators.
Cellular Shades
Regular Cleaning
Dust with a feather duster.
Lightly vacuum fabric with an upholstery attachment.
Soil Removal
Sponge with mild detergent and warm water and blot dry. (Extra
care should be used when cleaning blackout fabrics, as the fabrics could become

recommended due to the differences in ultrasonic cleaning operators.

the area with a clean, damp sponge (back and forth gently in the direction
parallel to the pleats in the fabric) until stains are removed. Be careful not
to crush or wrinkle the fabric.
Remove excess water by patting the fabric with a clean, dry towel. Hang
the shade up when completely dry.
Cleaning too often may remove the fullness and body of the pleated
fabric.

recommended due to the differences in ultrasonic cleaning operators.
Natural Shades
