Metal Point 2 Galvanized Metal Shelving Systems with Particle Board Decking provide a strong and reliable unit for storing items in your home office or home. The boltless shelving units come ready to assemble with easy-to-follow instructions. No special tools are required and requires little time. You just insert the shelf beams into a post and tap down with a rubber mallet for a strong, secure connection. The Metal Point Mobile Shelving Units come in a natural galvanized finish. These quality shelves have a heavy load capacity which varies according to the width of the shelf.
Each Galvanized Metal Shelving Unit with Particle Board Decking is fully adjustable and since there are no side "X" braces, they provide unrestricted access from all sides. Shelving systems are contructed with 14+ and 15+ gauge steel, and arrive with 4 upright posts and five particle board shelves. These units are available in two shelf widths and two unit heights. The 36" wide shelves have a 750 pound weight capacity per shelf while the 48" wide shelves have a 440 pound weight capactiy per shelf. Extra shelves can be purchased for any unit. Shelving systems come with a guarantee against defects from the manufacturer when they are used and installed properly. Available options include tieplates to attach more than one unit together and one inch magnetic labels (available in 1 foot magnetic strips). If you decide to use tie plates, you can use one plate at the top of each unit and one plate at the bottom on each unit's end. There is one tie plate to a package.
