Heavy Duty Steel Workshop Work Benches
Metal Point Plus Metal Workbenches provide a strong and reliable work area and storage unit in your home's garage or office. Each unit comes ready to assemble with easy-to-follow instructions. No special tools are required and requires little time. Some units are boltless, and on these, you just insert the shelf beams into a post and tap down with a rubber mallet for a strong, secure connection. The Metal Point Plus Tool Benches come in with a grey putty powder coated finish. These quality benches have a heavy load capacity which varies according to the style of the work bench.
The Metal Point Plus Steel Work Benches do not have side "X" braces, so they provide unrestricted access from all sides. These Work Benches are contructed with heavy gauge steel and particle board decking. Depending on the style, these workbenches can hold up to 950 pounds when properly used. Both the T-Bar and the Full Shelf models are available as mobile units for easy relocation in your work area. All steel benches come with a guarantee against defects from the manufacturer when they are used and installed properly. Available options include tieplates to attach more than one unit together (one plate per package) and one inch magnetic labels (available in 1 foot magnetic strips). If you decide to use tie plates, you can use one at the top of the workbench and one plate at the bottom on each end. There is one tie plate to a package.
Note: When ordering, please specify if this will be a delivery to a residence (delivery with lift-gate) or to a business (without lift-gate) as most shelving units are shipped by truck. Freight charges will be added once we receive your order. You can call for a freight quote before you order, or we will contact you to approve the freight charges before your order is processed.
