The maple Traditional Carver is crafted by J. K. Adams and is the ultimate board for red meats. Grooves in the board's surface are routed in a traditional "well and tree" pattern with a gentle slope to direct the meat's juices ino the large well where they can be removed by spoon for gravies or au jus. Each board measures 20 inches by 14 inches and is 1-1/4 inches thick. Can be ordered with or without spikes that have been permanently inserted to hold the meat in place. These cutting boards will last a lifetime and come with a five year manufacturer's guarantee.
