The Windsor Oak Fireplace comes with a dark oak finish and a pedestal style wood base. Each unit is rated at 25,000 BTU for heat while the logs have a bright yellow flame. This decorative freestanding fireplace has a built-in T-Stat thermostat control and you can add a heat circulating blower which blows warm air out from the front of the unit. Blowers require a simple installation (screw-in mount). You can heat approximately 1,000 square feet with this fireplace and it is available for natural gas or propane gas. Comes with a 30 day full warranty and a three year limited warranty after that. A great buy! Each unit weighs approximately 106 pounds. No additional clearance space is required because this unit has the space built in behind the firebox.
