This decorative freestanding fireplace comes with a remote heat control including the receiver and hand held remote control. Each unit also has a manual back-up system. This does require a 110/120 V outlet. You can heat approximately 1,000 square feet with this fireplace and it is available for natural gas or propane gas. Comes with a 30 day full warranty and a three year limited warranty after that. A great buy!
