The Clairidge Gas Stove comes with a black stove color and a split oak fibre style log set. It is rated at 32,000 BTU for heat while the logs have a spectacular flame. This decorative cast iron styling comes with a built-in heat circulating blower, and a built-in manual back-up valve for use during power outages. Each unit comes with a built-in remote control including a hand held remote and receiver. Your remote option requites a 110/120V outlet and comes with a manual backup system. You can heat approximately 1,300 square feet with this fireplace. Comes with a 30 day full warranty and a three year limited warranty after that.
