All handles and knobs are heavy gauge for easy handling, and are permanently welded for long life. All of Kinetic's stainless steel cookware is made of the highest quality 18/10 stainless steel, and goes through 18 polishing steps in the finishing process. This pan does not come with the non-stick coating. High dome stainless lid allows for additional cooking capacity and is ideal for chicken or roast. High sidewalls help prevent splatter. Inside pan dimensions are 11-7/8" diameter and 3-1/2" pan depth. This Leyse Professional piece comes with a one year limited warranty from Kinetic. This frypan is not dishwasher safe!
