This 11.5 inch pan holds 5.5 quarts, comes with a tempered glass and stainless straight high dome lid for viewing the cooking process and has buffet handles. All handles and knobs are heavy gauge for easy handling, and are permanently welded for long life. All of Kinetic's stainless steel cookware is made of the highest quality 18/10 stainless steel, and goes through 18 polishing steps in the finishing process. This pan does not come with the non-stick coating. Clear tempered glass lids allow for viewing during the cooking process and fit tight to seal in nutrients and flavor.
